Carsten Sudhoff joined the World Economic Forum in 2008 as Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO). In his previous private sector career he has worked in the Automotive, Automotive Finance and Banking industry in Logistics, Finance&Controlling and Human Resources. He has lived, studied or worked in eight countries on three continents. He holds a BA in Business Administration and Economics from the American University of Paris and an MBA from HEC Paris, where he specialized in Entrepreneurship. He is the Chairman of the International Human Resources Community of Switzerland (www.IHRC.ch) and serves on the Advisory Board of EMHRM at Bocconi (http://www.sdabocconi.it/).
