Olaf Jacobi 350x236 Olaf Jacobi, Partner at Target Partners

Olaf Jacobi, Partner at Target Partners, has over 18 years of experience as a manager, entrepreneur and investor.He joined Target Partners as a venture partner in 2007 and became a partner in 2009. In the past Olaf Jacobi has invested as a business angel in young IT and Internet companies. He also founded Collax Inc. (Boston and Munich) in 2005, a Linux server solutions vendor, and served as CEO of the company until the end of 2006. Prior to that, Olaf Jacobi was an investor and Chief Sales Officer of Cobion AG, an IT security solutions provider which was successfully sold to ISS Internet Security Systems Inc. (Atlanta) in 2004. From 1999 to 2002 he was a management board member at ACG AG, a company publicly quoted on the Frankfurt stock exchange. Since 1994 he served in various management positions in the IT sector, including as Senior VP for Marketing and a management board member of Minolta GmbH.

Olaf Jacobi is chairman of the advisory board at adeven GmbH, member of the advisory board of doo GmbH, member of the advisory board of hetras GmbH and an observer on the board of directors of JouleX Inc. He was also responsible for Target Partners' investment in Scoreloop AG (sold to Research in Motion Limited (RIM) in 2011).

1994 at the Berlin office and became Manager in 1999. In July 1999 he joined the Tax Department of the International Law Firm of Nörr Stiefenhofer Lutz where he became Partner in 2002. Since June 2008 Tim is Partner in the Corporate Tax Department of KPMG Berlin. He is also in charge in the field of the creative industry and start-up companies for the German region 'East', Corporate Tax Services, Diploma in Business Administration, TechnischeUniversität Berlin 1990-1994, Steuerberater (Certified Tax Advisor) since 1998

Gabriel started working with Partech in 2012 and is based in Berlin. His focus is on consumer web, mobile and SaaS in Europe. Prior to working with Partech, he was co-founder and CEO of TripHunter, which was acquired by brands4friends in 2010. Before TripHunter, Gabriel worked as a consultant in IBM’s European media and telecommunications practice. Gabriel also is the founder and co-organizer of the bimonthly Berlin Tech Meetup
